DENNIS COHEN

Mr. Cohen is an experienced chartered accountant and accomplished business executive with over three decades of experience in the financial sector. He has held senior leadership roles, including Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO of NCB Financial Group, CEO of NCB Capital Markets, and Vice President at Citibank N.A. Jamaica.  Currently serving as Chairman of the Mona Campus Council at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mr. Cohen has spearheaded transformative initiatives to improve campus operations and governance.  A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ), he brings strategic financial expertise and governance experience to his role as an Independent Director at WIP Energy.
