OUR STORY
For over a decade, West Indies Petroleum Limited (WIP) has been quietly building a reputation as the fastest-growing wholesale provider of gasoline and diesel to the Jamaican market, and the # 1 provider to independent petroleum retailers.
The success of the retail (onshore) petroleum business spurred the creation of WIP Energy Limited (WIP Energy), a newly registered company in Jamaica, in March 2024, with the expressed purpose of being recognized as Jamaica’s leading provider of petroleum products and a key player in building a resilient fuel industry.
Our core business is the sale of E10-87, E10-90, ADO, ULSD and HFO to local transportation, manufacturing and other commercial interests operating on-land. To date, WIP Energy has over 500 customers in its customer base with several leading gas retailer networks being among its top customers.
WIP Energy sources all its fuel supply via WIP, a related company, which maintains agreements with some of the world’s leading fuel suppliers with current agreements extended to 2030.
