11. COMPULSORY INFORMATION 

In order to conduct certain transactions with you, we require you to provide us with your information that is necessary for us to comply with our legal obligations to verify your identity, as required by the Proceeds of Crime Act, Terrorism Prevention Act, and other anti-money laundering laws and regulations. If you fail to provide us with the necessary information, we will be unable to conduct our “Know-Your-Customer” procedures mandated by law; and consequently, we will be unable to offer to you any of our products.
