KATHRYN LEWIS-GREEN

Mrs. Lewis-Green is a founding partner of Lewis, Smith, Williams & Company, Attorneys-at-Law and Trademark Agents. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) in Political Science from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of Liverpool, a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School and a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Mona School of Business, University of the West Indies.  She was admitted to practice law at the Jamaican Bar in 2011.  Mrs. Lewis-Green is the Chairperson of Ideal Portfolio Services Company Limited and Ideal Finance Corporation Limited.  She is also a Director of the Companies Office of Jamaica and the Trade Board Jamaica Limited. Mrs. Lewis-Green has been a Director of Salada since February 2012 where she is also the Chairperson of the Audit Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
