Our core business is the retailing of high-quality petroleum products (E10-87, E10-90, Automotive Diesel Oil, Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel and Heavy Fuel Oil) for various local industry sectors including transportation and manufacturing as well as other commercial operations operating on land.

We operate in a market where quality, cost, availability and delivery are the fundamental tenants to secure and maintain a solid customer base, and represent key focus areas for WIP Energy. We currently serve more than 500 onshore customers across several major sectors with the focus being on providing high-quality fuels and the most cost-effective price, i.e. below the ex-refinery price published by the local refinery.

We operate in a market where quality, cost, availability and delivery are the fundamental tenants to secure and maintain a solid customer base and represent key focus areas for WIP Energy. We currently serve more than 500 onshore customers across several major sectors with the focus being on providing high quality fuels and the most cost-effective price, i.e. below the ex-refinery price published by our local refinery Petrojam. Our primary sectors include the following

Independent Petroleum Retailers

WIP Energy is the market leader with respect to sale of fuel to Independent Gas Retailers (non-multinationals) led by the leading brands in Jamaica. Our market share in this category is more than 80%. This market continues to thrive due to its generally lower pump prices vs. major multinational corporations.

Other Large and Medium Enterprises

With over 300 WIP branded tanks in Jamaica ranging from 1,000 gallons to 10,000 gallons situated at select clients, WIP Energy continues to be a leading provider of diesel and gasoline used to power fleet and other machinery used at several of Jamaica’s leading enterprises.

Bauxite and Power Generation

We provide both ADO and HFO fuel to large bauxite and other entities needing the fuel for significant power generating capabilities in their operations where supply is generally consistent.
